Lauren will work with you and your builder or architect to discuss the overall look and feel of the project. These discussions are best held before the building work begins.
Interior and exterior finishes selections
Choosing the finishes for your new build or renovation can be a difficult task if you tackle it alone. Lauren can provide advice on decisions such as paint colours, tiles, flooring as well as kitchen and bathroom cupboards, benchtops and tapware.
Site and supplier visits
Lauren can arrange site visits to a range of suppliers so you can see ad feel the recommended finishes in person. Suppliers can include tiles shops, kitchen and bathroom showrooms, and curtain and blind displays.
Supplier, product and trade management
Once you know that finishes you're after, Lauren can work with your suppliers to negotiate pricing and manage deliveries and timeframes for your project. Lauren can also manage and liaise with tradespeople such as builders, carpenters, tilers and plumbers to ensure that your project runs to deadline and budget.
