We’re back with a new series of shows on renovating for profit

Working with a range of clients I get asked a lot about how how hard it is to renovate for profit and whether it is something that can be achieved. Over the last few years I’ve had experience working on knock-down rebuild projects for clients and with my husband Scott I’ve done renovations for us too. And along the way there have been so many lessons learned. There are some pitfalls you need to look out for and some key questions you have to ask yourself before undertaking any renovation project, big or small. That’s why we’re launching a new series of The Find it Style it Podcast to help you tackle what may be your toughest and most rewarding project ever! And on 11 August 2018 we’re launching the new podcast season Renovating for Profit to help you with the tools you need, arm you with the questions you need to ask and help avoid the pitfalls based on our experience. Plus we speak to a number of experts including a mortgage broker about financing a project and an experienced real estate agent about how to find your property and what to do once the renovation is complete.
