It’s hard to believe that Santa will be visiting in just two weeks! Are you in the Christmas spirit yet? There’s no better way to feel the yuletide vibes than decorating your home with a gorgeous tree, wreath, ornamments, lights and wrapping. There’s no shame at all in embracing a traditional look for your Christmas tree, decorations and wrapping. It’s really hard to go wrong with red, silver, green and gold… But, today I wanted to show you three alternative Christmas looks that I am loving right now. Natural A little bit of greenery. A touch of brown paper. A whole lot of hessian. And a splash of blue. To me, this is a match made in heaven and has an authentically ‘Aussie’ look to boot.

  Wooden Trees I think I just heard some of you gasp “That’s not Chirstmas!”. Well yes, it is different, but it’s also super contemporary, lasts a lifetime (so eco-friendly), and you can still use decorations in traditional colours. It has a fun, child-like quality to it that I just love.   Scandi-inspired A Scandi christmas them doesn’t have to look minimalist and plain. Quite the opposite actually, as this gorgeous wreath shows. Combine natural materials like timber and foiliage, just a couple of colours and geometric shapes for a modern festive look.
